What we collect on this website, why, and how to reach us about it. Last updated November 4, 2026.

Who we are

Tri-State Pools & Spas, 6220 Perimeter Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Phone (423) 899-5677, email info@tspschattanooga.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms:

Get Pricing: your name, email, ZIP code, and, if you add them, your phone number and a message, plus the hot tub or pool you asked about.
Find Your Spa and Find Your Pool: your answers to the questions, the matches we showed you, and the contact details you enter.

We don't take payments or card numbers on this website.

How we use it

Your request is saved in our store's customer system so our team can answer it and follow up about it.
If you give your email on Find Your Spa, we email you your matches, and may send up to three short informational emails over about a week. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and they stop if you buy or ask us to stop.
Get Pricing and Find Your Pool don't send automatic emails; a person from our team replies.

We don't sell or rent your information.

Who else handles it

Like most businesses, we use outside services to run things: our website host, the database our customer system runs on, and the service that delivers our emails. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. When you view a page, fonts load from Google Fonts, and the maps on our home and water-testing pages are Google Maps, which may set Google's own cookies (see Google's privacy policy).

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. It remembers a few on-page choices in your browser for the current visit only, and that never leaves your device.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, call (423) 899-5677 or email info@tspschattanooga.com.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
